SECDEF reminds Academy Supes: “These are MILITARY ACADEMIES, not civilian universities.”

Secretary of Defense Hegseth recently posted on his social media that he had met with the three superintendents of the service academies.

For all those who have been with STARRS, the MacArthur Society and the Calvert Task Group these past four years as we’ve fought the woke ideology at the Air Force Academy, West Point, Naval Academy and more, this is a very encouraging message and one we’ve been advocating for:

“Last week, I met with the leadership of @westpoint_USMA, @navalacademy and @af academy.

My message was simple: stick to leadership, standards, excellence, warfighting, and readiness.

These are MILITARY ACADEMIES, not civilian universities.

I was impressed by the changes already underway and look forward to visiting each institution.

Social Justice and DEl are OUT; History, Engineering, and War Studies are IN.

We must restore the warrior ethos to the @deptofdefense — and it starts with our future leaders.”

It looks like from the screen that the superintendent of the Merchant Marine Academy was there, bottom row on the left (no pun intended, or maybe). But the Coast Guard Academy superintendent is not there, wonder why.

They don’t look real happy. Especially when one of them has staff who gave the wrong information to a left-wing media outlet trying to tank Hegseth, not realizing Hegseth had the receipts. Our sources say in a case like that, normal Army PAO would have run, not walked to the front office for guidance before releasing the information.
