Joint Position Papers and Submissions for NDAA

In November 2024, leaders and associates in Calvert Task Group (CTG) teamed up with STARRS and the MacArthur Society (MS) and  to began writing a series of Joint Position Papers and recommendations on a variety of important topics to be given to the Executive Branch and Congress.

Many of the topic recommendations became accomplished/superseded by the new White House Executive Orders after January 20th. But since EOs can be changed with administrations, STARRS, MS and CTG held a joint delegation to Capitol Hill for a week meeting with Senators, Representative and Staffers regarding our position papers and codifying these topics into law.

Below are links to our Joint Position Papers documents and our recommended submissions to the NDAA regarding these topics. Each topic is also linked to its own paper. All are PDF files which will open in a new window.
